Upon arrival, we were informed that the property had been sold for the day and we were left stranded, luggage in hand, scrambling to find alternate accommodations 12 km away. Such disarray led to significant monetary loss of approximately 2000 rupees, alongside a frustrating wasting of precious time. While I'm eager to highlight aspects such as their well-appointed private bathrooms equipped with free toiletries and air conditioning, I found my personal experience overshadowed by the lack of management foresight regarding our reservation. The proximity to Chennai International Airport, while appealing, did little to ease our distress. I hope to eventually enjoy the hospitality and efficiency promised, but my encounter left me seeking compensation of 5000 rupees to cover my losses. This experience served as a reminder that even in the bustling world of travel, unpredictability can dramatically shape one's journey.
